AC motors
The AC motors are provided with all globally relevant markings and are available in all important voltage variants. The asynchronous motors are mainly designed for one direction of rotation; induction reversing motors for a faster change of direction are also available. The latter have a high starting torque and a built-in friction brake, but are designed for operating cycles of 30 minutes continuous operation. The optional tachogenerator built into the AC motors allows a wide speed range. The simple design combines high reliability with a favorable price, which makes these drives interesting for numerous applications.
Torque motors (TM series) are particularly suitable for winding applications that operate at a constant speed and material tension due to their special characteristics. With reversible motor rotation, they can also be used as brakes to maintain a constant tension during winding.
In the field of AC motors, Oriental Motor also offers the right solution for extreme conditions. The FPW series offers protection class IP67, meaning that these motors can even withstand immersion. They have a special oil-resistant casing and a stainless steel shaft. The waterproof terminal box on these motors is not located directly on the housing, but on the cable, which is also waterproof.

Thanks to the combination of a heavy-duty gearbox with a highly efficient motor, the series KII and KIIS the highest performance in standard AC motors. BLDC motors
The brushless DC drives with speed control are very compact. The Series BLU and BLH are multifunctional, the BLU series is easy to operate thanks to plug & play. All types have protective functions such as overload with alarm signal and motor stop.
The BLV-R series is kompact, lightweight and powerful, especially for compact devices.
The compact, highly efficient BMU series connects a BLDC motor and a driver with a digital display and intuitive operation directly with each other thanks to a new type of connector with intelligent wiring. The easy handling and simple speed monitoring sets new standards in drive technology.
The BLE2 series is the successor to the BLE series. The motor, driver and cable have been redesigned while
the original advantages of brushless DC motors are retained.
BLE2 is easy to use, highly functional and shows its advantages in every application.
The BL 750W brushless motor can be connected to an inverter, is more compact and lighter than three-phase motors with the same output and achieves energy efficiency class IE5.
Stepper motors and systems
The 2-phase stepper motors feature high precision and reliability without the need for position detectors. Other features include the wide product range, high torque, low vibration and low noise.
The RK series is a 5-phase stepper motor with microstepping, which guarantees low vibrations (smooth drive). The gearbox types with harmonic, planetary and bevel gears enable high positioning accuracy. A type with electromagnetic brake (fail safe) is also available. Other 2-phase and 5-phase stepper motor systems are also available.
The Alpha-Step stepper motor system enables positioning without step loss and with short response times. Gearbox types with harmonic, planetary and bevel gears are also available, as is a type with an integrated controller.

AZ Series (Alpha-Step)
are stepper motors that offer a unique control system that combines the advantages of open and closed control loops. The position of the motor is constantly monitored and it can automatically switch between the two control modes depending on the conditions. Normally it operates in open loop and is activated synchronously with the commands, ensuring high responsiveness. In the event of an overload, the motor position is corrected and it operates in closed loop. These motors combine user-friendliness with reliability.

Linear and rotary actuators
The DRLII Series is the combination of a high-resolution stepper motor with a ball screw, resulting in very high precision (repeatability 0.002 mm). The design allows a lot of space saving (smallest motor: 20 mm flange, length 58 mm, weight 180 g), furthermore the assembly effort is considerably simplified e.g. by omitting a coupling.

EZS - motorized linear slides
The EZS Series is a linear guide with motorized carriage. The carriage and table are driven by a ball screw. The system is particularly suitable for positioning tasks, for example in the semiconductor industry, in the food and packaging industry, in weighing systems and in conveyor technology. The system moves at speeds of up to 800 mm per second. With a repeat accuracy of 0.02 mm, EZS can transport up to 60 kilograms. The running parallelism is 0.03 mm. Simple cabling and assembly contribute to user-friendliness, as do long maintenance intervals.
The rail lengths range from 50 to 850 millimeters in 50 millimeter increments.
The optional program functions such as setting, test mode or the display of I/O signals can be executed or read on the control panel.

Mounting adapter for linear actuators

DGII - Hollow shaft rotary tables

DH Series - Hollow shaft rotary tables
This actuator is a 5-phase stepper motor with a hollow profile. Hoses, cables and light beams can be routed through the hollow part, which contributes to a simpler, modern design as well as smaller and lighter devices.
L-AZ - Rack and pinion drives with absolute sensor
By combining a rack-and-pinion mechanism with the Alpha Step Closed Loop stepper motor-driver combination, the L-AZ Series a high positioning accuracy and thrust force. This results in a fast linear motor with high thrust force that can perform operations such as pushing, pulling, lifting and lowering in limited available space.

Fan
Oriental Motor's fan program includes:
- Axial fan for ventilation and cooling

Fans with special functions such as alarm function and speed control are also available.
Axial fan
The air is moved by impellers, cooling the environment. Axial fans can be used to generate a high air flow. They are therefore best suited for ventilating complete plants. The axial fans are available with AC or DC nominal voltage, with alarm function or with peripherals as a complete filterfan unit in the new FM series.
Radial fan
If cooling is only required on a specific position or part, radial fans are a good choice. The static pressure is high and the air flow is concentrated at specific points. One application of radial fans is the cooling of workpieces after heat treatment. The high pressure is also needed when the air flow must pass through extra strong filter material.
Cross-flow fan
The cross-flow fans generate a wide, uniform air flow and are therefore very suitable for cooling in production lines when the air flow is directed from above onto the conveyor belt. Cabinets with electronic devices can also be cooled well with this fan principle.

Encoder
Incremental encoder
The small, thin and lightweight incremental encoder enables installation in the tightest of spaces, and despite its small size, the product line offers resolutions from 100 to a maximum of 4000 P/R.
Three types of output circuits are available: Line driver output, voltage output and open collector output.
It can be used in environments with high temperatures of up to 85 °C.
